Software for in-home pet-care businesses

Run your pet care business without holding the whole day in your head.

Sitterly keeps bookings, sitter coverage, care instructions, client updates, and payments connected from request to completed visit.

Built by Leah Cartwright and Carson Cartwright inside the North Alabama pet-care business they still operate.

Built inside the work

We still run the pet-care company that made us build Sitterly.

Snout gave us the early call-outs, recurring schedules, sitter handoffs, client questions, care reports, and payroll work behind this product. Sitterly is built around those operating moments, then tested with other owners whose businesses work differently from ours.

Meet the founders

A visit from start to finish

When a sitter calls out, everyone still needs the same answer.

The owner sees the gap, the replacement sitter gets the visit details, and the client sees the confirmed care. One booking keeps the change together.

For the owner

See the coverage gap before it becomes a client problem.

Today's visits, assignments, progress, and open decisions stay close enough to act without rebuilding the schedule from texts and memory.

  • Visits that still need an owner
  • Work already in progress
  • The next action that needs attention

The sitter opens one visit, not five apps.

Timing, pets, care instructions, access notes, visit steps, and reporting live with the assignment the sitter is completing.

Clients see the care without chasing your team.

Upcoming visits, sitter details, updates, care reports, messages, and payment state appear in a focused client experience.

Switching

Start with one workflow and keep the source intact.

Private-beta migration is assisted. We review what your current system can export, what needs a human decision, and what should stay available while you validate Sitterly.

How switching works

Trust

Home access and client records require careful boundaries.

Sitterly separates businesses, limits access by role, and treats home-entry details as sensitive information. We publish what is implemented and what is still in progress.

Private beta

See whether Sitterly fits the way your business works.

Tell us what you run today, where it breaks, and which workflow you want to test first. We will be direct about what the current beta can and cannot support.
