Tenant and role boundaries
Each business's data is isolated to that business, and each role sees only what its work requires.
Authentication and account protection
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions expire, and attempts to sign in are rate limited.
Payments and provider data
Card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored on Sitterly's servers.
Data access and deletion
You can request an export or deletion of your business's data at any time.
Release and incident discipline
Changes ship through review and automated checks, and incidents are disclosed on the status page.
AI boundaries
AI features act only when a person asks. Your data is not used to train AI models.
