Sitterly now gives customers a clear release identity, a readable history of meaningful changes, and safer installed app refresh behavior.
New
- A Product Updates Center explains meaningful releases in plain language and includes technical details for teams that need them.
- A Resource Center brings product updates, live system status, support, feedback, and safe system information into one place.
- System Information can copy a safe diagnostic bundle for support without including client, pet, payment, message, or home access data.
Improved
- Installed app updates check for active sitter visits, saved field actions, and pending photos before refreshing.
- Release notes identify the affected roles, components, rollout stage, administrator action, API impact, and known limitations.
- The public live check now treats an unreadable critical probe as degraded monitoring instead of proof that everything is healthy.
Fixed
- The developer-style build badge no longer sits over customer navigation. Build details now live in System Information.
Why it matters. Customers can now answer what changed, which release they are using, whether Sitterly can currently complete its health checks, and what information support needs to trace a problem.

Known limitations
